Free Hearing Screens

A quick, painless check of how well you hear across the speech range. A screening tells us whether there is a problem worth investigating further — and for many people, it is reassuring news.

If the screen does flag something, we will explain what we found and what a full diagnostic evaluation would add.

Comprehensive Diagnostic Testing

A complete audiological evaluation that maps the exact type, degree and configuration of your hearing loss across frequencies, in each ear, including how well you understand speech.

You will see your own audiogram and we will walk you through what each part of it means in plain language — no jargon, no rushing.

Tinnitus Evaluation

Ringing, buzzing, hissing or humming that no one else can hear is more common than most people realise, and it is rarely something you simply have to endure.

We evaluate the likely cause — hearing loss, noise exposure, earwax, medication — and talk through the management options that genuinely reduce how much it intrudes on your day, including treating an underlying hearing loss and sound therapy.

Cerumen (Earwax) Management

Impacted earwax is one of the most common causes of sudden muffled hearing — and one of the most satisfying to fix. Professional removal is safe, quick and considerably better for your ears than cotton swabs or over-the-counter kits.

Hearing Aid Sales & Fitting

We carry current technology from the major manufacturers and, because we are independent, we fit what suits your hearing loss and your lifestyle rather than what any one brand wants promoted.

Options include discreet in-the-ear styles, behind-the-ear devices, rechargeable models that sit in a charging case overnight, and wireless designs that stream phone calls, music and television straight to your ears.

Fitting is not a single appointment — we verify the fit, then fine-tune the programming over follow-up visits as your ears adapt.

Hearing Aid Service & Repairs

Clean-and-checks, in-house repairs and manufacturer repair handling. We service the aids we fitted and, in most cases, aids fitted somewhere else too — including by practices that have since closed.

If your hearing aids have been sitting in a drawer because they stopped working or stopped sounding right, bring them in. Quite often it is a wax guard or a tube.

Supplies & Accessories

Batteries, domes, wax guards, tubing, cleaning tools, drying kits, and accessories such as remote microphones and television streamers. Walk in during office hours — you do not need an appointment to pick up supplies.
